Te mapa
Quezon City is the largest city in Metro Manila by both area and population. It was founded in the late 1930s under President Manuel L. Quezon as a planned new capital, and it served as the national capital from 1948 to 1976. Traces of that ambition remain on the map in broad avenues, generous government grounds and a road plan centred on an ellipse.
Quezon Memorial Circle is that ellipse: a large oval park where several major roads meet, with the tall memorial shrine to Quezon at its centre. Nearby, the University of the Philippines Diliman occupies a vast campus with its own Academic Oval. EDSA, Metro Manila's main circumferential road, cuts across the city's south-western side.
Commonwealth Avenue leads north past the Batasang Pambansa, seat of the House of Representatives, toward the La Mesa reservoir and watershed. This large forested area is part of Metro Manila's water supply. A Quezon City map poster shows a place first built on a grand scale and later filled in with dense neighbourhoods.
The elliptical park is the city's clearest geometric feature: a large oval ringed by traffic from several major avenues, with the memorial shrine at its centre.
The university grounds form a wide, leafy area east of the circle. The Academic Oval and its buildings stand out as a distinct loop within the street network.
In the north, the reservoir and its forest form the largest open area within city limits. On the map this is where the dense street grid finally gives way.

Koteā ko Quezon City
Quezon City is where many people studied, started careers or raised families. The map helps them point to a campus, a barangay or a familiar stretch of Commonwealth, and its broad planned shapes make a clear, readable print.
Change the title and subtitle to name a neighbourhood or a year, and adjust the coordinates line. Pick one of five styles. Posters are printed on matte paper with an optional wooden frame, or you can download the HD files for $9.
