Te mapa
San Marcos sits between Austin and San Antonio, along Interstate 35 in central Texas. The city lies where the Texas Hill Country meets the flatter Blackland Prairie, and its map reflects that edge: hillier, curving streets to the west, and straighter roads and farmland to the east. The highway cuts through the city in a long diagonal.
The San Marcos River rises from springs at Spring Lake, on the north side of town, and flows through the centre in a clear, green corridor lined with parks. Just above it, Texas State University spreads across a hillside campus, its buildings, stairs and paths forming a dense, irregular block on the map next to the older downtown square.
A San Marcos map poster brings these elements together: the river, the campus, the courthouse square and the interstate. For graduates of Texas State, residents or anyone who has floated the river on a summer afternoon, it is an easy map to recognise.

The university occupies a hill above downtown, its buildings and paths forming a dense, irregular area beside the older street grid.
The highway crosses the city on its way between Austin and San Antonio, a strong diagonal separating the older centre from newer districts.

Koteā ko San Marcos
San Marcos is a common choice for graduation gifts and for people who spent formative years here. A map of the river and campus captures those years better than a photograph of any single building.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates line, such as a class year or a dorm name, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. HD files in 18×24″ and 24×36″ and four other sizes cost $9.
