Te mapa
Ţarīf Kalbā lies on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates, facing the Gulf of Oman rather than the Arabian Gulf. The setting is narrow and dramatic: a strip of coastal plain only a few kilometres wide, with the bare ridges of the Hajar Mountains rising directly behind the town and the open sea in front of it.
On the map the town follows this strip in a long north–south band. A corniche road runs along the shoreline, residential neighbourhoods fill the plain in regular blocks, and wadis emerging from the mountains cut shallow channels toward the coast. To the north, the built-up area continues almost without a break toward Fujairah city.
The most distinctive feature lies at the southern edge, where Khor Kalba holds one of the oldest mangrove forests in Arabia, a maze of tidal creeks close to the border with Oman. A Ţarīf Kalbā map poster sets those branching channels against the straight lines of the town, a rare meeting of desert mountains, sea and wetland.
The mangrove creeks south of town branch into a delicate network of channels, protected as a nature reserve and known for rare birds and sea turtles.
The seafront road runs along the Gulf of Oman in a long, clean line, marking the boundary between the town's orderly blocks and the open water.
The Hajar Mountains rise close behind the town, so the street network ends abruptly to the west and the plain between peaks and sea stays remarkably narrow.

Residents of the east coast, and visitors who come for the mangroves and quiet beaches, often feel that Kalba is a different world from the cities of the western coast. A map poster captures that difference, with sea, mountains and creek in one frame.
Choose Sand for a warm coastal palette or Blueprint to bring out the water, with Classic black & white, Noir and Paper also available. The title, subtitle and coordinates line are fully editable. Download 300 DPI files for $9, or order a printed poster.
