Te mapa
Vinzons sits on the northern coast of Camarines Norte in the Bicol Region, a short distance from the provincial capital Daet. On the map, the town centre is a small cluster of streets near the shore. Barangays stretch along the coast and inland, linked by a few roads that follow the curve of the land. Rivers and inlets run out to the sea, and farmland and coconut groves fill the space between settlements.
The town was known as Indan until it was renamed after Wenceslao Vinzons, a local-born politician and resistance leader of the Second World War. Its territory reaches offshore to the Calaguas Islands, a group known for pale sand beaches that are reached by boat. As a result, the municipality looks as much like a piece of sea as a piece of land.
A Vinzons map poster stays simple and open. Most of the frame is taken up by the coastline and the water beyond it, with fine lines of roads and river channels feeding into the small town centre. It is a quiet, uncluttered composition that suits the place well, because the sea shapes daily life here more than any street grid does.

An offshore island group within the municipality, reached by boat and known for its beaches, adding scattered outlines to the open water.
