Te mapa
Yanji is the capital of the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in China's Jilin Province, close to the borders with North Korea and Russia. On a map the city sits in a basin surrounded by hills, with the Burhatong River flowing through the centre from west to east. Bridges link the northern and southern halves of the city.
The street layout is largely modern and grid-based, with long avenues running parallel to the river and cross streets connecting residential districts. Parks and green spaces follow the riverbanks, and the hills around the basin rise sharply at the city's edges, limiting its expansion.
A Yanji map poster captures the city's balance of river, grid and surrounding slopes. Yanji is known for its large ethnic Korean population, and street signs appear in both Chinese and Korean, a detail that reflects the city's cultural mix even if it does not show on the map itself.
The river runs through the middle of the city, with parks and walkways along both banks and several bridges crossing it.
Long, straight avenues and regular blocks give the city a clear, orderly structure on the valley floor.
Mountains encircle the basin, creating a natural boundary where the street network gives way to slopes.

Koteā ko Yanji
Yanji is a place where languages and cultures meet, and a map of the city can hold memories of family, travel or study in the region. A clean poster keeps the focus on the river and streets that shape daily life.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates, and choose one of five styles, from Classic black & white and Noir to Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Digital files cost $9, and printed posters can include an optional frame.
