Te mapa
Trâu Quỳ is a town in Gia Lâm district, on the eastern side of Hanoi across the Red River. From above, it spreads along the main highway heading east from the capital, with narrow lanes branching into older village clusters and newer, straight-edged residential areas filling the space in between. Fields and ponds still appear at the margins.
The town is best known as the home of the Vietnam National University of Agriculture, whose large campus, research plots and experimental fields form a distinct block on the map. As Hanoi expands eastward, Trâu Quỳ has become a place where city development, student life and farmland sit close together.
A Trâu Quỳ map poster records that moment of change. The highway provides a strong axis, the campus a large ordered shape, and the lanes of the old villages a finer, more irregular texture. Planned grids of new housing sit beside them, making a layered composition that shows the town's mix of old and new.
The main road east from Hanoi runs through the town, a firm straight line that organises the surrounding streets and connects Trâu Quỳ to the city.
The Vietnam National University of Agriculture occupies a large campus with buildings, quads and experimental fields, a clearly defined area in the heart of the map.
Older settlements appear as tight clusters of winding lanes, contrasting with the regular grids of newer residential developments nearby.
