Te mapa
Changsu, more often romanised as Jangsu, is an upland county in the eastern part of Jeollabuk-do, set among the forested ridges of the Sobaek range. The county seat sits in a small basin, so on a map its streets gather where a few valleys meet. Beyond that, roads follow streams through narrow valleys, with farm fields and hamlets strung along them and dense forest on the slopes above.
The high ground here feeds the upper reaches of the Geum River, one of Korea's major rivers. Jangsu is also remembered as the birthplace of Nongae, the sixteenth-century heroine of the Imjin War, and the county honours her with a shrine. Locally it is known for apples and cattle raised on the cool highland pastures.
A Changsu map poster shows a place defined by terrain rather than by planning. The compact town centre, the threads of road and stream, and the large blank areas of mountain combine into a spare, balanced composition that suits a minimal print.
The main settlement fills a small valley basin where several roads meet, forming a compact cluster surrounded by steep, empty slopes.
Roads and streams run side by side through narrow valleys, drawing thin winding lines that link scattered farming hamlets.
Forested ridges around the county feed the upper Geum River, leaving wide open areas on the map with only a few mountain roads crossing them.

Koteā ko Changsu
For people from Jangsu living in Seoul or abroad, a map of the valley town keeps the mountains of home in view. It is also a considered gift for anyone who knows the county through family, hiking or its orchards.
You can set the title and subtitle, perhaps in Korean or English, and edit the coordinates line. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
