Te mapa
Meïganga sits on the high Adamawa plateau in central Cameroon, where open grassland and scattered woodland stretch in every direction. On a map the town looks compact: a loose grid of unpaved streets gathered around the main road that runs between Ngaoundéré and the eastern border country. Beyond the last houses, tracks and footpaths spread into cattle country.
From above, the pattern is simple. The highway is the spine, and shorter lanes branch off it into neighbourhoods of courtyards and small plots. Streams cut shallow valleys through the plateau, and the town's edges thin out gradually into fields rather than stopping at a hard line. In black and white, that gradual edge gives the page a quiet, open look.
Meïganga is the administrative centre of the Mbéré department, and it has long been a stop for travellers and herders crossing the plateau. A Meïganga map poster keeps the look of a highland crossroads town: one clear road running through it, a modest street grid, and a lot of open ground around it.
The main road crosses the town as a single strong line, linking Meïganga to Ngaoundéré on one side and the road east toward the border on the other.
Instead of ending at a ring road or a river, the town thins out gradually into plateau grassland, so the edges of the map look soft and irregular.
Small watercourses wind across the surrounding high ground. They add thin, curving lines that set off the straighter streets of the town.

Koteā ko Meïganga
People hang Meïganga on their wall because they grew up there, worked there, or travelled through on the long road across the plateau. The map is honest and uncluttered, and it holds a real place for someone who knows it.
You can set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example a family name or the year you arrived. You can print it in any of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
