Merged village cores
Historic villages such as Đình Bảng and Đồng Kỵ have grown into one urban area. On the map you can still see their separate, tightly knotted lanes.

Te mapa
Từ Sơn lies in Bắc Ninh province, just across the Đuống River region from Hanoi, on the flat Red River delta. From above, it is a mosaic of old village cores that have grown together into one continuous town. Winding lanes sit between ponds and rice fields, and National Highway 1 and the railway run straight through toward Bắc Ninh and Lạng Sơn.
The area is closely tied to the Lý dynasty, which founded Thăng Long, the city that became Hanoi. Đền Đô, the temple dedicated to the Lý kings, stands in Đình Bảng, which also has one of the finest traditional communal houses in northern Vietnam. Nearby, the village of Đồng Kỵ is known nationwide for carved wooden furniture.
A Từ Sơn map poster captures the particular density of the delta. Village lanes turn around ponds and temples, workshop streets are crowded together, and the long transport corridor slices across the grain. It rewards close viewing and suits anyone with roots in the Kinh Bắc region or ties to Hanoi's north-eastern edge.
Historic villages such as Đình Bảng and Đồng Kỵ have grown into one urban area. On the map you can still see their separate, tightly knotted lanes.
National Highway 1 and the Hanoi–Lạng Sơn railway cross Từ Sơn in long, straight lines. They cut clearly through the fine village pattern.
Small ponds and the remaining paddy fields sit among the houses. They add soft open shapes to one of the densest compositions in this series.

Koteā ko Từ Sơn
Từ Sơn is where many families trace their ancestry, craft and temple festivals. A map of its lanes is a respectful way to honour that connection, whether you live nearby or overseas.
Personalise the title with a village name or diacritics, add a subtitle such as a family date, and adjust the coordinates. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. It comes as a $9 download or a framed print.
